About the Operations The Regional Management Office has three main assignments: To govern and support operations based on legislation and regulations. To provide support and services to the operations' processes and development. To provide support and qualitative input to the political representatives and regional leadership. The IT Support business area is tasked with developing and managing overarching and shared processes within the field. It is also responsible for services within these areas. Our operations are primarily located in Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå. The business area's mission is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services and telephony to the region's operations. Deliveries occur through projects, management, and support for complex and essential operations. IT also works extensively as a client organization since large portions of the region's IT operations are managed by an external provider. We are in an intensive period of continued development of the Cosmic journal system, and the service focuses on clinical system management and development. We are now seeking several system administrators/object specialists for the clinical system management unit. You will work within the Care Support and e-health management object with a focus on Cosmic. This position is a special fixed-term full-time employment for one year with the possibility of extension. Start date by agreement. Optional placement within the region in Örnsköldsvik, Sundsvall, Härnösand, and Sollefteå. If needed, the opportunity may be given for clinical work in a certain part of the position. The unit is responsible for clinical system management of Cosmic. You will work closely with healthcare operations and contribute to ensuring that the system functions in the daily work of healthcare employees. The assignment involves developing, managing, and improving system support. We are now strengthening regional Cosmic management within the following areas: Clinical Documentation Care Administration Medications Ordering and Response Training Depending on your competency profile, you will be matched to the relevant area. Duties Handle cases related to Cosmic and ensure that they are followed up and resolved Analyze operational needs and translate them into concrete improvement proposals for systems and work methods Order and validate configuration in collaboration with the provider Conduct dialogue with operations to identify needs and support the use of the system Report status, deviations, and development needs to the object manager Quality assure documentation for end users Contribute to activities in the management plan being carried out as planned Conduct training initiatives for the operations Assist in testing, implementing changes, and version upgrades of the system Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has academic education in healthcare or other higher education that the employer deems relevant Has experience working with the Cosmic healthcare information system Has good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written Holds a Class B driver's license It is meritorious if you: Have education in system management or information systems Have clinical education (e.g., nurse, nursing assistant, physician, medical secretary, or equivalent) Have work experience in clinical system management or similar work Have experience working independently and managing several parallel tasks Have work experience planning and conducting training initiatives Have work experience collaborating with providers and external parties Have good knowledge of English spoken and written To succeed in this role, we believe you have these personal qualities: Persistent Pedagogical insight Relationship-building Service-oriented Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, Region Västernorrland is responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
