We are looking for a systems administrator who wants to work with our systems for monitoring and governance, Qlik Sense and Stratsys. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to strengthening our data-driven approach.
Sundbyberg Municipality is in an exciting development phase where digitalization, data-driven work, and smart solutions are becoming an increasingly important part of our operations. In the role of systems administrator, you will work both strategically and operatively with our systems. You will be an important link between operations, IT, and suppliers and have the opportunity to contribute to how the city's system support develops.

In the role of systems administrator, you will, among other things:
be responsible for maintaining and further developing the systems Qlik Sense and Stratsys together with your systems administrator colleague
ensure stable operations and good functionality in the systems
be a point of contact between operations, IT, and external suppliers
manage permissions, configuration, and system administration
participate in development projects and improvement work, including strengthening our data-driven approach
create and maintain documentation for systems, services, and work methods
We are looking for someone with experience in systems administration or similar work with IT support in operations management, monitoring, or analysis. You have an understanding of data, reporting, and business and finance processes, and you enjoy working both close to operations and technically.
It is advantageous if you have experience with project and development work as well as working with Qlik Sense and Stratsys. Experience from a politically governed organization is also advantageous. We would also like to see that you have an interest in or experience with IT architecture, for example regarding integrations, system landscapes, and how different IT solutions interact. It is also advantageous if you have programming experience or other automation-related experience.
To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you are curious, solution-oriented, and driven by systems administration in combination with developing and improving. You enjoy collaboration, are communicative, and have the ability to build good relationships while working in a structured and independent manner.
