At the IT and Digitalization Unit, we work closely with operations to ensure that our IT solutions truly support the municipality's mission today and in the future.
With us, you get:
• An operations-focused role where you can influence work methods, systems, and development.
• Varied tasks with many contact points throughout the municipality.

• An engaged team with high competence, good collaboration, and an unpretentious culture.
What will you do?
As a systems administrator with us, you become the hub between operations' needs, the municipality's digitalization goals, and our technical platforms. You work both operatively and strategically with the management and development of the municipality's operational systems.
Your responsibilities include:
• Managing and developing designated operational systems (e.g., central systems depending on your profile).
• Supporting users, providing first line/second line support, guidance in functions, and work methods.
• Planning and implementing system updates, as well as coordinating testing and quality assurance.
• Liaising with necessary roles within and outside the organization (e.g., system vendors), including requirements specification and follow-up.
• Managing access rights, configuration, and system administration according to the municipality's information security guidelines.
• Developing manuals, training materials, and conducting training to strengthen employees' digital competence.
• Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements and improvement suggestions together with operations.
• Contributing to quality development and follow-up by producing statistics, reports, and decision-making materials.
• Being an active participant in developing digital work methods and system integrations.
The role involves switching between solving acute daily operational issues and driving long-term development—perfect for someone who thrives in both operational and strategic work!
