Your workplace will be located in the municipal building in Kinna. The Children and Education Department organizes preschools, after-school programs, primary school grades F–9, upper secondary school, employment services, and adult education. The department has approximately 1,200 employees. In this role, you will have many contact points throughout the entire Children and Education Department, which means collaboration with preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, and student health services. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS Would you like to be part of developing digital support for the future of student health and education? We are now looking for a systems administrator for a two-year development assignment where you will have a central role in implementing the student health department's new business system Prorenata. Prorenata will be implemented in fall 2026, and this position has been created to support the implementation, ensure smooth implementation, and establish the foundation for long-term and business-oriented systems administration. At the same time, you will work on managing and developing other business systems within the Children and Education Department. The position combines implementation, business development, and systems administration and is perfect for someone who wants to work closely with operations and help ensure that digital systems create value for employees, children, and students. You will be part of the department's work to develop, manage, and quality-assure digital system support together with Business Developers for Digitalization and other functions that support the department's digital development. The position consists of two assignments: Special responsibility for Prorenata (50%) You are responsible for the implementation, management, and continued development of the student health department's business system Prorenata. Initially, the focus is on implementation, training, and business support in connection with the rollout in fall 2026. After implementation, the assignment gradually transitions to long-term management and development responsibility for the system. The work takes place in close collaboration with student health professionals, managers, and the system provider. Other Systems Administration (50%) You are responsible for managing, administering, and developing the department's administrative and pedagogical business systems. The assignment includes both ongoing systems administration and development work. You work closely with operations, IT, Business Developers for Digitalization, and system providers to further develop the department's digital system support. Common to both assignments You are responsible for systems administration, system administration, and user support, and function as a link between operations, IT, and system providers. The assignment includes administration of users and permissions, support, troubleshooting, testing, updates, and system configuration. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or other education and/or experience that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience in systems administration and user support within educational services or student health. Experience with Prorenata, Vklass, Skola24, Edlevo, and ItsLearning, as well as work in the public sector, is particularly advantageous. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. You work independently, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy supporting and guiding users. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: According to agreement.
