About the job As a systems architect with us, you contribute to simplifying everyday life for Swedish Tax Agency employees by creating efficient digital workflows. We are now further developing our capabilities in architecture and architecture governance. In the role, you work with systems architecture and lifecycle management in an agile delivery organization. Together with other architects, development teams, and business units, you contribute to creating stable and value-creating solutions. You have a central role in driving the development of our services, and you have a high ability to work independently as well as together with others. You thrive in a culture based on modesty, holistic perspective, and responsibility. You succeed in the role by moving seamlessly between long-term visions, tactical choices, and concrete solution discussions. You work in the borderland between legacy systems and new technology. In this, you support and coach the teams on architecture issues to ensure a sustainable technical direction. About you To do a good job and feel at home with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be responsive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In the work, good judgment and understanding of legal certainty and security are important. You must also live up to our employee policy. In this job you should have: - the ability to describe and illustrate solutions and architecture in a pedagogical and target-group-adapted way - good problem-solving ability, see patterns, and be able to make delimitations - the ability to coach and lead tech leads and teams - a structured approach and be thorough - the ability to express yourself well orally and in writing in Swedish You should also have: - relevant post-secondary education in IT or several years of relevant work experience that the employer considers relevant - several years of current and relevant experience working with architecture that encompasses multiple systems and integrations in complex organizations - current and relevant experience working with long-term target architecture and providing architectural guidance to development teams It is desirable that you have relevant experience with OpenShift or other container-based environments. Furthermore, it is desirable that you have relevant experience working with or participating in analyses regarding AI-based solutions. Good to know The employment is permanent and can be initiated with a probationary period of six months. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with a register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
