About the Position As a systems and applications specialist, you are responsible for managing, developing, and administering the authority's case management system. Together with your colleague, you will work closely with operations, the IT function, and the system provider to ensure that the system meets the organization's needs for efficiency improvements and complies with legislation and authority requirements. The position is responsible for, among other things, the following: - Management and further development of the authority's case management system. - Configuration and administration of the system based on operational needs. - Handling of user permissions, roles, and access. - Troubleshooting, incident reporting, and problem-solving. - Planning, testing, and implementation of new versions and upgrades. - Documentation of system solutions, routines, and processes. There are significant opportunities here to develop our case management system with improvements to functionalities that streamline Swedish Power Grid's operations. As a systems and applications specialist, you play a crucial role in helping us achieve more automated and legally compliant information management. Swedish Power Grid has grown significantly in recent years, an increased focus on national defense, and our status as a societal critical operation place major demands on our information management. We have a strong focus on improving working methods, increasing digitalization, and creating unified data and information governance. Your role is centrally positioned within the records and archives unit under the legal department. We are a total of 17 people, including our manager. In addition to your colleagues within the unit, you will work closely with IT specialists, operations development specialists, legal advisors, and information security experts. Since the mandate is to provide support to the entire authority, you will also have broad collaboration across all operational boundaries. Education: You have education in computer science, information technology, archive and information science as a records manager, or equivalent experience acquired in another way that Swedish Power Grid considers equivalent. You also have: - Professional experience in similar content as described in this role, for example as a systems applications specialist/operations specialist/object specialist for a case management system. - Experience in records management work and/or information management in public operations. - Good knowledge of the legislation governing case filing, archiving, and disclosure of public documents. - Ability to analyze operational needs and translate them into system solutions. - High IT maturity and experience working with digital solutions. - Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. Meritorious: - Experience in developing processes, routines, or working methods. - Experience working with information security and security-classified information.
