WORK DUTIES Your work duties include providing support and services to people within LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We work based on the individual's personal implementation plan with a focus on participation, influence, and security with the individual in focus and based on good service. Your work duties will include providing support and services to people with high-functioning autism and mental health issues, as well as guiding them in activities with digital knowledge, such as short films, websites, music, podcasts and more. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you • You have a completed upper secondary education that is relevant for the position, such as in healthcare and care/USK or children and leisure. • You have experience working with people who have mental and neuropsychiatric disabilities. • Documented digital competence • Good computer skills to meet the requirements for social documentation. • You master Swedish in speech and writing. • You have creative and digital competence as well as experience with digital activities, for example work with websites, podcasts, film production and other digital creation. Employment form: Permanent employment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. The position is a full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
