Your Responsibilities As a Welding Coordinator, you will work with administration and monitoring in Weldeye. Among other things, you will be responsible for handling welding logs, administering documentation, following up on and closing control points, and ensuring that traceability and quality requirements are met. The role also involves close collaboration with external third parties and other internal functions to ensure that documentation and processes maintain a high standard.
Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in welding or welding-related administration and a good understanding of the traceability requirements in welding production. You are thorough, well-organized, and comfortable working both independently and with others. Furthermore, you have good administrative skills and are comfortable working in digital systems.
We would like you to have:
Experience working in the welding or manufacturing industry
Knowledge of welding documentation and traceability requirements
Experience with administrative systems, preferably Weldeye
Good collaboration skills and experience contacting external parties
A quality-conscious and well-organized work approach
This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security screening regulations. For positions where Saab has security clearance requirements, this may, where applicable, include requirements for certain citizenship.
