Maskin & Smide Lidhult AB is a growing contract manufacturer with eight employees and broad expertise in laser cutting, water jet cutting, welding, edge pressing, and powder coating. Now we are looking for a dedicated welder who wants to be part of our team. Here you will be an important part of the operations and have the chance to develop together with the company. About the Position The work consists mainly of MIG/MAG welding and assembly of varying products and constructions. We work with both small and large series as well as customized parts, which means no two days are the same. You will work closely with colleagues in several parts of production and be involved in ensuring high quality throughout the process from drawing to finished product. We are looking for someone who: · Has experience with MIG/MAG welding · Can read and understand drawings · Is fluent in Swedish, spoken and written, as the work involves daily communication and handling of drawings and instructions · Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious · Enjoys varying work tasks · Is a team player but can also work independently · Has a practical and solution-oriented mindset Forklifts and overhead crane certification as well as experience from the workshop industry are merits, but the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to develop are what we value most.
