Are you a meticulous and quality-conscious welder who wants to work in a high-tech and international operation? We at Adecco are now seeking welders for Siemens Energy in Finspång. About the Role As a TIG welder, you will work with welding components in a professional and technically advanced workshop environment. You will be an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring that work is performed with high quality, precision, and safety. Your main responsibilities include: TIG welding of components Working according to drawings and given work instructions Ensuring that work maintains high quality and meets stated requirements Using hoists in connection with material handling Contributing to a safe, structured, and well-organized work environment Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common production and quality goals This position is a consulting assignment through Adecco for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The work takes place on-site at Siemens Energy in Finspång and working hours are scheduled for 2-shift operations. About You We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong focus on quality. You thrive in a production environment and are a team player who contributes to a good work culture. We also see that you are quality-conscious, analytical, safety-aware, flexible, collaboration-oriented, and have an eye for detail.
