Due to increased order intake and current recruitment needs, Kungssmide is now seeking a welder for the facility in Väröbacka. As a welder, you become an important part of the team and work with the manufacture of steel constructions and custom solutions for some of Sweden's most demanding industrial segments. The work is based at the workshop in Väröbacka where you work close to colleagues with high competence and long experience in the industry. Welding is primarily done with MAG, but also MIG, TIG, and MMA depending on the project and construction. A large part of the work is based on being able to independently read and work according to drawings and ensure that the final product maintains high quality. The position is full-time with working hours on weekdays from 07:00-16:00. For those interested, there is also the possibility of working on-site at customer locations further down the road. Start is immediate or by agreement. Who are you? We believe you have experience in welding and feel comfortable in a workshop environment. You have good knowledge of blueprint reading and are used to working carefully and methodically to ensure that the work meets the right quality standards. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish and have English language skills. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate being part of a team where people help each other and together contribute to the development of the operation.
