We are now seeking skilled welders for our client outside Växjö. Here you will work in a modern and innovative production environment where quality, safety, and sustainability are at the center. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a welder for our client, you will work with MIG/MAG welding, joining components with high precision and quality. You will work independently and as part of a team, where collaboration is key to achieving production targets. You are expected to contribute to efficient work processes, continuous improvements, and a safe work environment. The role may involve physically demanding tasks and work is scheduled on a 2-shift basis. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with some form of practical welding training or documented work experience in welding. Additionally, you have experience with MIG/MAG welding. Before employment, you as a candidate must pass a welding test at our client's facility. As a person, you are organized, driven, and quality-conscious. You enjoy practical and physical work and have the ability to work both independently and in a group. You are engaged, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in technology as well as a desire to contribute to improvement work. Truck and forklift certification is a merit. ABOUT THE POSITION The welder position is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at our client's facility.
