Location: Ludvika Start: Immediate Assignment Duration: 6 months fixed-term employment with possibility of extension Working Hours: Full-time, 2-shift About the Welder Role As a welder, you will work with welding both small and large components used in the manufacturing of transformers. You will become part of a well-coordinated team where collaboration, quality, and safety are in focus. Example of Responsibilities: Welding of small and large components for transformers Welding methods such as MIG/MAG welding with elements of MMA welding Reading and working according to technical drawings Handling of grinding machines and other production equipment Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone with welding experience or a genuine interest in the field and a desire to develop in the role. Whether you've worked as a welder for several years or are relatively new to the profession, we value a positive attitude, drive, and commitment. You are quality-conscious, responsible, and comfortable working both independently and with others. We're looking for someone who has: Experience in welding within industry/workshop or strong interest in developing within the field Good ability to read and understand technical drawings Experience handling machines and tools Driver's License Class B and access to a car Fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written Good English skills, both spoken and written Strongly Meriting: Experience with robotic welding Traveling permit Forklift certifications A2, A3, A4, and B1 Background Check Information In accordance with our customers' requirements, this recruitment includes a background check from the criminal and police registers as part of the employment process.
