We are now seeking a welder for our operations in Anderstorp. We have a brand new workshop for "clean" welding with both manual and robotic welding using the latest equipment available on the market. Qtech is certified according to ISO 3834-2 since January 2026 and sees an exciting future with our technical expertise and our customers' growing needs. We use both internal and external expertise for programming and advanced settings of welding robots. We are now seeking a careful and dedicated welder for our operations. This position is ideal for you if you have experience with manual TIG welding and also want to work with robotic welding. You do not need to be able to program welding robots. Programming and advanced settings are handled by other personnel. Your responsibilities Manual TIG welding, primarily in stainless steel and aluminum. Operate and monitor welding robot. Load and unload parts from the robot. Make minor adjustments and check welding parameters. Inspect weld quality and dimensions. Blueprint reading and simple measurements. Post-processing such as grinding and cleaning as needed. We are looking for you who Have experience with manual TIG welding. Preferably have experience with robotic welding, but it is not an absolute requirement. Can read and understand simple drawings. Are careful and quality-conscious. Can work independently but also enjoy collaborating. Are responsible and have a practical problem-solving approach.
