As a welder with our client, you'll get varied work in a production environment where quality, safety, and precision are central. The position is a consulting assignment through Lernia with placement in Gislaved and surrounding area. About the position You will work with welding components and structures according to drawings and work orders. Tasks include preparations such as bending and grinding, welding in various positions, as well as quality checks and documentation of completed work. The job requires you to follow safety procedures and contribute to efficient and quality-focused production. Your responsibilities Welding according to specifications (MIG/MAG, TIG and/or MMA depending on assignment) Interpret drawings and work instructions Preparation and finishing of welded parts (cleaning, grinding, and inspection) Quality control and documentation of completed work Collaboration with production team to ensure delivery schedules Follow workplace and safety regulations About you Formal qualifications We're looking for someone with experience in industrial welding who can demonstrate high quality in your work. You should have relevant welding training or equivalent practical experience. You can work independently and in a team, are detail-oriented, and have a good eye for precision.
