About the Role As a Welder in multiple locations across Sweden, you will work on joining and repairing metal parts with a focus on precision and safety. You interpret drawings, select the right welding method (MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA), and ensure that the end result maintains high quality in production and maintenance. Prepare and assemble components for welding. Carry out quality inspections and document welding work. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Follow and contribute to safety procedures in the workshop and production. Collaborate with the production team to ensure delivery schedules. Suggest improvements for work processes and quality. What You Bring Professional welding skills (MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA) and experience reading drawings. Completed welding training or equivalent experience; welding certificates according to current standards are a plus. Several years of relevant experience from a workshop or production environment.
