To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience with:
MIG/MAG welding and a good understanding of welding processes
Blueprint reading and quality requirements within manufacturing industry
Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of TIG welding and soldering is a plus.
Working hours are currently scheduled for 2-shift work, so a Class B driver's license and access to your own car are advantageous, as our shift times don't always align with public transportation schedules.
The work is performed on a performance-based pay structure (piecework). It's important to us to find the right person, so we place great emphasis on both your competence and your personal suitability.
