About the Role: As a welder with us, you will be an important part of production, where quality, precision, and delivery reliability are in focus. You work with the manufacturing of complex sheet metal parts and structures based on drawings, instructions, and specifications. Assignments vary between prototypes and smaller series, which requires professional skills, flexibility, and attention to detail. In this role, you collaborate closely with colleagues in production and actively contribute to a safe and efficient production flow. Key Responsibilities: · Perform welding and other related manufacturing operations according to drawings, instructions, and specifications. · Prepare, set up, and adjust equipment as well as adapt work procedures and methods based on the assignment. · Ensure that manufacturing meets established requirements for quality, time, and delivery. · Check dimensions and execution with relevant measuring tools and perform visual inspection of your own welds. · Immediately respond and take responsibility for deviations or disturbances and stop production if necessary. · Participate in the department's improvement work with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and efficient working methods. · Perform preventive maintenance according to current procedures and contribute to order and organization according to 5S. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with welding experience and experience from the manufacturing industry. You have secondary education with a technical or industrial technical focus, or equivalent practical experience. Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques are important for success in this role. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You work independently when required, but also enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Key Competencies · Experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding · Knowledge of blueprint reading · Forklift certification A+B · Secondary school competence or equivalent experience · Good ability to communicate in Swedish orally and in writing Meritorious: · Education/Experience in a relevant field. · Experience working in the industry and manufacturing sector · Experience with Monitor ERP · Knowledge of sheet metal processing Our Offer: At Jobro, you have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with short decision-making processes.
