Job Responsibilities: The work involves welding various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel. You will need to be able to perform manual welding, spot welding and bolt welding, robot welding, and laser welding, grinding, as well as other tasks that arise in the department. To succeed in this role, you should have several years of welding and industrial work experience, as we work extensively with new projects. You need to be able to work independently from technical drawings. Production is highly varied, making every day different. Welding certifications and experience operating robot and laser welding equipment are advantageous. Our customers have high standards, and meticulous quality control of produced components is essential, conducted through self-inspections. Your Profile/Competencies: As a welder with us, we believe it is a great advantage if you have a technical interest. You need to be proficient in reading technical drawings. You need to have a strong understanding of producing components according to customers' requirements and drawings. You are a responsible and driven person with strong customer focus who wants to deliver products of the highest quality. You are confident in yourself and enjoy challenges. You work well with colleagues and enjoy learning from others. You are flexible and interested in learning new things.
