Description Svartedalsskolan is looking for you to make a difference and teach our students in grades 6–9 Spanish. This is a permanent position at 60% with the possibility of expansion. We also have an adapted primary school. The school with its attached after-school program has beautiful new facilities with plenty of space for play, creativity and learning. Work Tasks Working together is important to us. The school is organized into grade-level work teams where teachers and other staff organize themselves around the students' school days. Within your work team you are a mentor for a group of students together with a work team colleague. Together in the work team and with your subject colleagues, you design the educational activities so that each individual student's unique conditions and abilities are utilized and challenged. Supporting this is also an active student health service. At our school we work on language and knowledge development in all subjects and conduct active values-based work linked to the vision of creating a community where diversity and difference enrich. Qualifications You are a certified primary school teacher with authorization to teach Spanish in grades 6–9. This is a permanent position at 60% with the possibility of expansion over time if desired. It is then an advantage if you have broad authorization and/or experience in, for example, study guidance for newly arrived students or meeting students with needs related to NPF.
