About the role As Sustainability Manager, you have overall responsibility for driving, coordinating and monitoring Bubbleroom's sustainability efforts throughout the value chain – from strategy, climate targets and reporting to product-related sustainability issues and development of our supplier base. You lead a small specialist team and work closely with procurement, design, marketing and logistics, as well as with external partners such as suppliers, industry initiatives and climate consultants. Your main areas of responsibility: Drive and further develop Bubbleroom's sustainability efforts, including goals, priorities and monitoring. Project manage sustainability reporting, climate mapping and reporting and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and industry standards. Develop and strengthen our production suppliers in Asia to ensure long-term sustainable, efficient and responsible supplier relationships. Ensure structured supplier management and monitoring within social compliance, environment, chemical management, product safety and quality. Responsible for certification, traceability and verification work related to materials and the supplier chain. Lead and develop the team and support the organization in sustainability, sourcing and compliance matters. You have: Several years of experience developing sustainability efforts within fashion, textiles or retail, with responsibility for sustainability strategy, reporting, KPI monitoring and implementation at product and supplier level. Experience in sourcing, production and supply chains, including social compliance (e.g. BSCI, SMETA, ICS), due diligence, action plans. Good knowledge of textile materials, certifications and standards (e.g. GOTS, GRS, RWS, RDS), including verification, documentation and relevant regulations such as REACH. Relevant post-secondary education in for example sustainability, textiles, chemistry, supply chain or equivalent. Merits: Experience with climate calculations according to GHG Protocol and working with data quality/primary data at supplier level. Experience traveling to production countries in Asia. Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional collaboration. Why Bubbleroom?
