We are looking for someone with sushi experience who enjoys working in a restaurant kitchen where tasks can vary from day to day. With us, you will be an important part of the kitchen and help with several different aspects of daily operations. Work tasks may include: Prepare raw materials and food for service Prepare and make sushi Prepare simple hot dishes Prepare vegetables, sauces and other ingredients Dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen Cleaning and keeping the workplace clean and organized Assist with other tasks that occur in the restaurant Chinese language skills are a plus!
