We are now seeking a dedicated and meticulous sushi chef/kitchen staff member for our sushi restaurant in Gårdstenscentrum (Angered). Responsibilities Preparation of sushi (experience in Asian cuisine is a plus). Preparation of raw materials according to hygiene and quality standards. Ensure good order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with other staff for efficient workflow. Contribute to a positive experience for our guests. Qualifications Experience working as a sushi chef or in a restaurant kitchen is a plus. Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP). Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality. Attentive, responsible, and service-oriented. Good teamwork skills. Swedish or English (other languages are a plus). We Offer A secure position in a growing company.
