We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated sushi chef who wants to join our team and help us continue developing our restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and cook sushi according to the restaurant's menus and quality standards As a sushi chef with us, you will: Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes according to our recipes and quality standards Ensure the highest quality and follow hygiene and safety procedures Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with the kitchen team Participate in developing new dishes and menus Maintain cleanliness, perform cleaning tasks, and handle dishwashing Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or similar role Good knowledge of sushi and Japanese cooking Accustomed to working at a fast pace Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently Personal Qualities Positive and cooperative Have an eye for detail and presentation Thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional Meritorious Mandarin/Standard ChineseWe are a sushi restaurant focused on quality, fresh ingredients, and genuine Japanese cooking techniques.
