Responsibilities Preparation and cooking of sushi Handling of fish and other ingredients Preparation and plating of dishes with high quality standards Collaboration with the team to achieve the restaurant's goal of world-class excellence Other common kitchen tasks The work takes place at a fast pace where teamwork and quality are always in focus.
