Responsibilities The role involves providing IT support both from the Helsingborg office and, when needed, on-site at the customer. The focus is on providing support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, where various types of incidents, installations, and user support are handled. The work involves managing technical issues in PC, network, and server environments as well as participating in the implementation and deployment of new solutions. When needed, customer visits occur to support deliveries and ensure functioning IT environments. Over time, there is an opportunity to develop toward more consulting-oriented assignments, such as system implementations, integrations, and setup of complete IT environments. The team offers structured onboarding, ongoing support, and training to strengthen expertise according to business needs. The role includes, among other things: IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Installations and troubleshooting both on-site and at the customer Work in PC, network, and server environments Deployment and implementation of systems and integrations Documentation of tickets and knowledge sharing within the team Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with experience in IT support or a similar technical role and who feels confident independently troubleshooting and solving technical problems. We'd like you to have: Experience in IT support or a similar technical role Good understanding of operating systems and networks (switches, firewalls, WiFi) Ability to independently troubleshoot clients, networks, and systems Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written B-class driver's license Meritorious is also: Experience with Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Hyper-V or VMware Knowledge of Windows Server Experience from an IT service provider/MSP The role suits you if you enjoy customer contact and feel confident providing support via both phone and in-person visits.
