Part-Time Support Technician!

About the Position You'll become an important part of our support team and help colleagues with their IT challenges. One day you'll solve problems with computers, networks, and software; the next day you might order hardware or manage permissions in our internal systems. Once you've found your footing, you'll also get to participate in projects and work more proactively with operations and security. You'll have the opportunity to work from the office and remotely, so you can balance it with your studies. Examples of Tasks: Support for hardware and software (PC, mobile, printers) Office 365 and Google Workspace Handling orders, permissions, and system administration Hardware lifecycle management Participate in IT projects Who Are You?
