Your responsibilities
In this role, you will work with IT support in different ways, either as an on-site technician providing support on location or by phone where you support via remote management tools.
The needs may vary, but the roles typically involve:
• Troubleshooting and support within IT environments
• Management of clients, servers, and networks
• Support via phone, email, and/or on-site
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications
Your profile
To be suitable for this position, we would like you to have worked with similar tasks for at least one year. You have a good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking. As a person, you are service-oriented and enjoy helping users.
Requirements
• Relevant education in IT or other experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Windows
• Fluent Swedish and English – both spoken and written
Merits
• Experience with Azure
• Class B driver's license
