You'll be part of a team working on a major project focused on data migration and technical support. Above all, we're looking for someone who is curious about technology, works carefully, and can quickly familiarize themselves with new systems and procedures. About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking a support technician on behalf of our client. This assignment is part of our staffing services where you'll be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant with our client. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through mid-December. Your main focus will be data migration and ensuring information is transferred correctly and in an organized manner. The work isn't technically advanced, but it requires you to be comfortable with computers, have a technical interest, and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems. You'll work on-site in Grums with your colleagues and will also have contact with customers as part of the project. Your responsibilities will include: Data migration and information management between different systems Working with various computer-based systems and applications Basic technical support and troubleshooting Customer contact and communication related to the migration Ensuring work is completed carefully and according to established procedures We're Looking for Someone Who: Has a technical interest and feels comfortable working with computers and various systems. You don't need extensive IT or data migration experience – what matters most is that you have good computer skills, are curious about technology, and learn new systems and procedures quickly. If you have previous experience in IT, technical support, data migration, or similar work, we view that as an advantage. We believe your personal qualities are crucial to how well you'll thrive in this role. You're careful and organized, which is important since you'll be working with data management and migration. Since the role also involves customer contact, we see that you're communicative, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with others.
