Your New Position As a service desk professional, you are the first point of contact for our customers when they need help. You provide support via phone and ticketing systems, and help users with everything from account management to basic troubleshooting and questions about hardware and the company's system solutions. You work together with your colleagues to ensure that every customer receives fast, professional, and personalized service. Your Responsibilities Provide support to customers via phone and ticketing systems. Manage user accounts and permissions. Troubleshoot network equipment and basic technical issues. Provide support for hardware and the company's system solutions. Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and escalate more complex questions when needed. Your Background We believe you have experience from customer service, service desk, support, or another role where you have worked closely with customers and helped people solve problems. You don't need extensive IT experience—what matters most is that you have a strong interest in service, enjoy learning new things, and are comfortable providing professional support. If you have previously worked with phone-based customer service, ticketing, or technical support, that's a plus, but we especially value your personality, your commitment, and your desire to develop. Experience with phone-based customer service. Basic technical interest or experience with IT support. Completed IT training, for example in IT support, networking, systems administration, or another relevant field.
