Provide technical support to users within IT, systems, and applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on both hardware and software Document cases in support systems Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth solutions Your background We're looking for someone who is curious, thorough, and has a genuine interest in technology and customer service. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: At least 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk Good understanding of Windows, Office 365, and networking Worked with Active Directory, Azure, and some ticket management system A service-oriented, solution-focused, and stress-resistant personality Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
