Your New Position As a service desk professional, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers when they need help. You provide support via phone and ticketing systems, assisting users with everything from account management to basic technical troubleshooting and questions about hardware and the company's system solutions. You work together with your colleagues to ensure that every customer receives fast, professional, and personal service. Your Responsibilities Provide support to customers via phone and ticketing systems. Manage user accounts and permissions. Troubleshoot network equipment and basic technical issues. Provide support for hardware and the company's system solutions. Collaborate with the team to resolve customer cases and escalate more complex issues when needed. Your Background We believe you have experience from customer service, service desk, support, or another role where you have worked closely with customers and helped people solve problems. You don't need extensive IT experience—what matters most is that you have a strong interest in service, enjoy learning new things, and are comfortable providing professional support. If you've previously worked with phone-based customer service, ticket management, or technical support, that's a plus, but we especially value your personality, engagement, and willingness to develop. Flexible, stress-tolerant, and solution-focused. Interested in technology and want to develop within IT. Merits Experience in customer service, service desk, or another service-oriented role. Experience with phone-based customer service. Basic technical interest or IT support experience.
