Generic Mobile Systems Sweden AB is a growing company within messaging services that offers a stable and secure platform for digital communication – delivered via the CPaaS model (Communication Platform as a Service). Our solutions are used by customers in alarm and security, healthcare and e-health, as well as e-commerce and logistics. We are now looking for a dedicated team member for our First Line Support, where we are a team of four people who enjoy our work while taking excellent care of our customers. You will be an important contact point for our customers – via phone, email and ticketing system – and handle everything from orders and technical questions to invoicing matters. Beyond support, you will also have an inside sales role, where you work proactively to contact new and existing customers to schedule meetings or present specific services and products. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work on assignment at Generic. Working as a consultant at StudentConsulting gives you a broad network and excellent career opportunities. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for you with upper secondary education. You should have good communication skills and enjoy taking your own initiative. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and strong computer skills. You are organized, attentive and have a solution-oriented approach. If you have previous experience in customer support and/or inside sales, that is a merit.
