In support, we work both with helping customers with their questions and developing our self-service opportunities, so more people can find answers on their own. The goal is to reduce the number of support cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Your main task is to support users of our financial statement, tax and compliance programs. Support is provided via phone, chat and forum. You help customers with practical questions in the systems and with simpler questions about the theory behind accounting and tax. Therefore, it is important that you have knowledge in these areas. You will become part of a team where we value collaboration highly. We support each other in our daily work and strive for an open climate where everyone feels safe to be themselves. Our phone support is open between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00, and during these times the focus is on helping customers by phone. During other times, you work with, among other things, our written support. Placement location: Hudiksvall, Näsviken or Ljusdal. Who are we looking for? For us, collaboration is central, so you enjoy working in a team and have good collaboration skills. You are thorough and strive to deliver work of high quality. At the same time, you are communicative and pedagogical, which means you can explain things in a clear and reassuring way. Since the role involves a lot of customer contact, you are service-oriented and motivated by helping others. You have the ability to handle periods of high pace and maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach. You enjoy working in an organization that develops and changes, and you have a flexible way of working. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently and do not hesitate to ask for help when needed. You don't need to be a technician, but you feel comfortable working with digital tools and systems. For this role, it is important that you have knowledge or experience in finance and accounting, either through work or education. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you have experience from an accounting firm, that is a big plus, and if you have worked with financial statements and tax returns, that is particularly valuable. Who are we?
