We are looking for a Support Technician responsible for the Norrland region Do you want to work with the future of cleaning technology? We are now seeking an engaged and technically interested support technician who wants to be part of delivering first-class service to our customers in Norrland. The position is remote, meaning you work from home unless you are visiting customers. About the Position As a support technician, you will be an important part of our team and have daily contact with our customers. The work is varied and consists of, among other things: Installation and commissioning of autonomous cleaning robots. Service, troubleshooting, and repairs. Technical support via phone, email, and on-site customer visits. Training and guidance of customers in product use and maintenance. Demonstration of our products to new and existing customers. Participating in sales work by identifying customer needs and presenting our solutions. Planning and conducting service visits within your area. We are Looking for You Who Have a B-class driver's license and access to your own car. Have a strong technical interest and enjoy solving problems. Have experience in technical support, service, or similar work. Are self-driven, responsible, and comfortable with customer contact. Have good computer skills and are quick to learn new technology.
