You become the senior cross-functional partner to production, quality and sales, and make decisions that ensure raw materials flow into our automated production lines on time. You own the production plan, drive our Sales & Operations Planning process, and are the strategic owner of our supplier relationships in Europe and China. This role is hands-on in a growing company, where you need to be equally comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are setting processes for different flows. The role is part of the company's management team. What you will do Own the procurement and supplier process for Europe: framework agreements, scorecards, capacity, dual-sourcing etc. Own the sourcing process for China. It is operationally driven by our sourcing manager on-site in China with their team, but you own the process, set the direction and maintain the overall responsibility. Create and own the production plan and keep it updated as demand and capacity change. Own master data for the supply function (supplier register, article register, BOMs, lead times) and keep the data correct in the business system. Work closely with production on planning, scheduling and material flow: ensure that the right material is in place at the right time. Drive the S&OP process with production, sales and finance. Lead and develop the team within sourcing and warehouse. Own inbound and outbound logistics, customs and freight processes. Build processes for supplier qualification and onboarding that meet the requirements of a listed company and regulatory requirements. Lead cost-saving initiatives and deliver measurable annual savings. Own and follow up on the function's key performance indicators: delivery precision, capital commitment, storage days and supplier performance. What we are looking for At least 8 years of experience within supply chain, of which at least 5 years in a manufacturing company. FMCG, cosmetics, personal care or process industry experience is a merit. Practical experience with procurement and supplier management in Europe. Experience working with suppliers or teams in Asia is highly desirable. A genuine relationship builder: strong and long-term supplier relationships are important to us, so the ability to build trust and collaborate well with suppliers over time is significant. Good understanding of production planning, material flows and the interface between supply and production. Experience with master data management: supplier registers, article registers and BOMs in business systems. At least 3 years of experience leading people with direct reports. Strategic perspective combined with operational presence: you make decisions and follow them through to implementation. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial economics, economics or equivalent work experience. Fluent in Swedish and English.
