We are now seeking a business-driven and committed Supply Chain Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for ensuring efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective flows.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and optimizing the company's transport, procurement, and supply chain functions with a focus on efficiency, delivery reliability, cost control, and long-term business development. This encompasses the entire value chain, from strategic procurement and supplier management to planning, logistics, and distribution.
The role includes budget and personnel responsibility for 12 employees, where you will lead, coach, and develop the team and create clear processes and structures for growth.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Strategic and operational responsibility for transport, logistics, procurement, and supply chain
• Leadership and development of employees, processes, and ways of working
• Cost optimization, capacity management, service levels, and delivery accuracy
• Supplier and contract management, risk management, and compliance
• Supply chain development, digitalization, and process improvements
• Planning including raw material balancing and capacity and production planning
• Project management of major change and implementation initiatives
• Cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and sustainable flows throughout the entire value chain
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operational execution. You will have a central role in the business with significant authority to influence, develop, and create long-term results. You will report to the CEO and be part of the management team.
Profile
We are seeking an experienced and business-driven leader with several years of experience in a leadership role within supply chain, logistics, transport, or procurement. You have documented experience developing efficient flows, leading change initiatives, and creating results through engagement, structure, and value-creating processes.
You have a good understanding of the entire value chain—from procurement and supplier management to planning, production, inventory, and distribution—as well as experience with optimization, logistics, and process management. You are accustomed to working data-driven with key performance indicators, forecasts, and capacity planning. Previous experience with system implementation and digital development is a merit, as is experience from the food industry.
As a person, you are a confident, communicative, and business-minded leader with good analytical skills and an eye for detail. You combine strategic thinking with an operational hands-on approach and have a strong ability to turn ideas into action. You thrive in a changing environment where your drive and engagement give you a great opportunity to make an impact.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, have good computer skills, and are proficient with the Office suite.
