Supply Chain Manager at Norex International AB

Norex International AB is seeking a Supply Chain Manager who wants to take a holistic approach to our supply chain and be part of developing the next phase of the company's growth.

About the Role
As Supply Chain Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and optimizing Norex's supply chain – from suppliers and procurement to warehousing, logistics, and customer delivery.
You will, among other things:
· develop and implement supply chain strategy and processes
· optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and product flows
· develop supplier relationships and supplier performance
· work with forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization
· develop KPIs and more data-driven monitoring
· identify and drive efficiencies and cost savings
· drive improvement and change initiatives across functions
· collaborate closely with sales, finance, and other parts of the organization
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone with several years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related field, preferably from an international and trade-driven company.
You are analytical, business-oriented, and understand the connection between supply chain, customers, working capital, and profitability. You have experience developing processes, working with KPIs, and driving change initiatives.
As a person, you are driven, curious, humble, and solution-oriented. You see opportunities, dare to challenge established ways of working, and have the ability to turn analysis into concrete results.
