We're looking for a driven and business-oriented Supply Chain Manager who wants to lead and develop one of our core functions. In this role, you have overall responsibility for customer service, master planning, sourcing, procurement, and logistics. You have eleven direct reports, including a logistics manager. You're responsible for creating efficient collaboration within your team and across departments, while building strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and partners. The role involves significant operational responsibility, but also a clear strategic focus where you're expected to translate our business goals into concrete plans and results. You're an important part of the local management team and represent Supply Chain both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate activities within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with customers, partners, and suppliers. Integrate demand and capacity planning throughout the value chain. Analyze forecasts according to global processes. Ensure material supply and optimize inventory management. Manage customer orders based on available materials and production capacity. Responsible for master planning in collaboration with production planning and the production team. Develop and strengthen competencies within the Supply Chain organization to meet company and customer requirements. Serve as the company's Supply Chain representative to customers, suppliers, and employees. Ensure clear communication and information flow to all relevant stakeholders. Actively participate in decision-making on both operational and strategic matters. Drive implementation of global processes and Supply Chain models. Establish and develop strategic partnerships with customers, partners, and suppliers. Ensure that the local Supply Chain operations comply with laws, regulations, and relevant guidelines. Responsible for cost structure and resource allocation within the Supply Chain function. Qualifications and Experience We're looking for someone with solid experience in Supply Chain leadership and preferably higher education in a relevant field. You have good knowledge of business systems, preferably ERP, QV, or QS, and basic understanding of Lean. You're experienced in working data-driven and results-focused, with the ability to make independent decisions and solve problems proactively. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English in speech and writing, have good negotiation skills, and can act with both clarity and integrity. Collaborating in teams comes naturally to you, and you're comfortable working in an environment where pace is high and multiple priorities run simultaneously. Experience working in matrix organizations and project teams is a plus. Personal Qualities As a person, you're business-driven, goal-oriented, and have strong commitment to both people and results.
