This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months via Unik Resurs with excellent opportunities for extension. We apply continuous selection, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Tasks and Responsibilities Do you want to help secure tomorrow's energy solutions? Siemens Energy is now seeking a Delivery Assurance Lead for the Supply Chain team within gas turbines, with a focus on Hot Blades & Vanes. In this key role, you will help ensure transparency, risk management, and delivery security throughout the external and internal supply chain to support planned production increases. About the Role As Delivery Assurance Lead, you are responsible for creating a clear and comprehensive picture of the delivery status for critical components. You work closely with MRP, Supply Chain Coordinators, and numerous internal and external stakeholders to identify risks, analyze delivery capacity, and drive actions that ensure a stable material flow. The role is cross-functional and requires close collaboration between procurement, planning, logistics, production, and external contract manufacturers. Your Tasks • Visualize and compile information from procurement, planning, logistics, and contract manufacturers. • Ensure transparency in material flow throughout the entire supply chain. • Identify and escalate deviations between planned production and actual supply capacity. • Highlight bottlenecks and risks along the material's path through the supply chain. • Analyze and compile lead times and capacity constraints. • Drive and coordinate cross-functional analyses and actions. • Develop clear decision-making materials and a comprehensive management view of operations. • Coordinate activities between procurement, planning, logistics, production, and external suppliers. Your Profile We are Looking for You if You • Have several years of experience in Supply Chain, procurement, planning, logistics, or production. • Have a good understanding of how different parts of the supply chain affect each other. • Are experienced in analyzing delivery capacity, identifying risks, and managing bottlenecks. • Have documented experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations. • Can transform complex information into clear and actionable decision-making materials. • Are structured, analytical, and driven by a desire to create results. • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Meritorious • Experience working in SAP. • Experience with contract manufacturing and external manufacturing processes. • Experience from manufacturing industry or advanced production environments.
