Supply Chain Administrator with interest in Finance About the Role Would you like to work in a broad role where you combine supply chain, administration, and finance in an international environment? For our client, we are now seeking a Supply Chain Administrator who wants to be an important part of the business and help ensure efficient flows between suppliers, inventory, and finance. You will become part of a small and engaged team where you take on significant responsibility and have the opportunity to work closely with both finance and supply chain functions. This role is a good fit for you if you thrive with structure, coordination, and managing multiple touchpoints simultaneously. The business operates in the Nordic market and works in a regulated industry where quality, accuracy, and process compliance are critical to success. This autumn, an SAP implementation project will also take place, so if you have worked in SAP or been part of a system change, that is especially valuable. Responsibilities In this role, you will work broadly with both supply chain-related and finance administration tasks, including: - Managing and monitoring order flows - Coordinating order releases to international suppliers - Updating and monitoring forecasts, inventory data, and sales information - Ensuring that warehouse and logistics partners have correct delivery information - Monitoring inventory levels and inventory reconciliations - Customer invoicing and supplier invoices - Reconciliations and support in monthly close - Participation in improvement and development projects related to processes and systems such as SAP To succeed in this role, you are a person who thrives with responsibility and can quickly switch between different tasks without losing structure or quality. Relevant Background We are looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role within supply chain, logistics, finance, or order management. You likely have experience with: - Order administration or supply chain coordination - Forecasting, inventory management, or procurement flows - Customer and supplier administration - Invoicing - Strong Excel skills as a working tool, including creating pivots and searching with x-lookup It is an advantage if you have experience from international operations, regulated industries, or working closely with finance and logistics functions.
