We are now seeking a Supplier Quality Professional for Siemens Energy in Finspång, starting in August. In this role, you will work to ensure the quality of critical components – from initial supplier contact to final delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage deviations with high precision and implement necessary corrective actions. We are looking for an analytical person who can quickly identify patterns, improve processes, and create stable quality flows. In this role, you will help lead the development of sustainable and efficient work methods that impact the entire organization.
In the role, you will coordinate and lead deviations, from registration through implementation and follow-up. You will ensure that suppliers conduct proper root cause analyses (RCA) and implement any necessary corrective actions to prevent recurring errors. You will analyze statistics and trends to identify recurring patterns and verify corrective actions. You will drive continuous improvement processes within your area of responsibility.
We are looking for someone with experience from production, logistics, procurement, quality, or similar work areas. You have good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders. We also see that you are analytical, structured, and have a good understanding of material flows, inventory management, and quality-controlled processes.
You will become part of a quality and supplier development team that works closely with strategic procurement, production, and logistics to ensure the highest possible quality in deliveries.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate deviation management – from registration through implementation and follow-up.
Ensure that suppliers conduct proper root cause analyses (RCA) and that corrective actions prevent recurring errors.
Analyze statistics and trends to verify corrective actions and identify recurring patterns.
Prepare documents and reports for meetings.
Drive improvements through process development and support of supplier development within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
Several years of experience from production, logistics, procurement, quality, or other relevant work areas.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
Good ability to build trusting relationships.
Very good communication skills.
Analytical ability.
Goal-oriented.
Very good understanding of material flows, efficient inventory management, and work with quality-controlled processes.
(SAP knowledge is a merit).
