Job Description
We are seeking nurses and district nurses for our nurse clinic in our organization.
There is great variety in our patient base with both urban and rural perspectives. You will work with telephone advisory services and standard clinic work. Student mentoring is also an important part of the work, as is engagement in the health center's development and quality improvement efforts. It would be especially great if you are interested in our clinics within diabetes, asthma, COPD, or wound care.

About You
We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse. District nurse training or other education or experience in primary care is meritorious but not required. Since you will work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
You have good collaboration skills, communicate, listen, and resolve obstacles in a constructive manner. You feel confident in your professional role and adapt easily to new situations and see opportunities in change. Furthermore, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You have a positive attitude toward your work and act in accordance with decisions made, policies, and guidelines. We place great emphasis on personal qualities where collaboration and good treatment of patients and colleagues are important to us.
