As a control and regulation technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. Your task will be to operate and maintain our property systems. You will be part of a team with good collaboration between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture. Your tasks as a control and regulation technician include: Perform regular rounds, supervision, and maintenance of properties Ensure that fault reports are completed in a timely manner and with the right knowledge/resources Communicate with subcontractors and Coor's own staff, verbally and in writing Participate in establishing and monitoring maintenance plans and improvement proposals Conduct risk assessments in the work environment and propose improvements Perform assignment-based work beyond the agreement Be customer-focused and maintain good business customer relations Who are you?
