About the Position Södra is an international forest industry group that creates value from forest raw materials with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term vision. In our port operations in Mönsterås, you play an important role in ensuring efficient flows and high service throughout the entire facility. We are now looking for our new stevedore who wants to contribute to a safe, efficient, and development-oriented operation. What You'll Work With at Södra In the role of stevedore, you'll have the opportunity to work in a varied and dynamic environment where your tasks will include, for example: Loading and unloading vessels Terminal work and internal transport Coordination and communication within the operation Ensuring that procedures, work methods, and decisions are followed Contributing to improvements and development in daily work This is a temporary position until December 31, 2026, on a full-time basis with the possibility of extension, located in Mönsterås. Shift work is included. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who thrives in a practical and varied role where the pace can change quickly. You like taking responsibility and work both independently and together with others. To succeed, you need to: Be thorough and hardworking Have a positive attitude and contribute to a good work environment Be a team player with good cooperation and communication skills Have a strong safety mindset and work in a structured manner Thrive in a changing environment where planning can change at short notice We also see that you have experience with: Secondary education, preferably in transport or equivalent Practical work, preferably in industry or logistics Swedish and English, spoken and written Basic IT skills B-class driving license is a requirement. Forklift or wheel loader license is a merit.
