On Air is a combined bar and game show studio in Gamla Stan where groups come to compete as if they were on a TV game show (just without the TV cameras).
We welcome corporate groups and private parties who come to experience our fun and popular activity. We are now looking for a person to work in the bar and studio.
As a studio host at On Air, you are the first and last person our customers meet during a game show. The most important part of your job is to give them a fun experience from start to finish, which is why we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people. Those of us who work here find the business very enjoyable and hope that you who apply will also find the job engaging. The role of studio host includes welcoming guests, serving drinks at the bar, cleaning, and maintaining order in the premises.
We are recruiting for the fall season now, with the earliest start at the end of August.
Prior experience as a bartender or event host is a great asset for this role. To thrive in the role, it is important to be comfortable leading larger groups and speaking in front of people, as this is a significant part of the work.
This position is a temporary employment based on demand. Our customers visit On Air primarily on weekday afternoons and early evenings, as well as Friday evenings and Saturday daytime. The number of working hours per week is flexible, but our main focus is on someone who can work at least 2-3 Saturdays per month. The hourly wage is 153.64 kr.
