Studio Manager

WE'RE HIRING – STUDIO MANAGER | VÄXJÖ We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Studio Manager who wants to take responsibility for daily operations and sales at our tattoo studio in Växjö. This is a role for you if you thrive with people, sales, and a fast pace – and have the ability to create structure, trust, and results. As Studio Manager, you are a central part of the studio. You're responsible for the customer journey from first contact to booked tattoo, while ensuring that daily operations run professionally and efficiently. YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Sales, bookings, and lead follow-up • Customer contact via phone, email, and social media • Conduct and follow up on consultations • Match the right customer with the right tattoo artist • Actively work to maximize studio bookings and revenue • Plan and structure daily operations • Coordinate artists, customers, and schedules • Ensure a professional customer experience from first contact to finished tattoo • Contribute to a strong, well-functioning, and motivated team WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU Are naturally sales-driven and enjoy working toward clear goals. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions. You understand that premium service is about more than being friendly – it's about building trust, understanding the customer's vision, and turning interest into business. Previous experience in sales, service, management, or similar roles is strongly preferred. Experience from the tattoo industry is a plus, but the right personality, drive, and commercial understanding are more important. You need to be able to communicate professionally in Swedish and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
