Are you passionate about delivering high-quality service and have a strong desire to help people? Are you engaged and do you have a positive attitude toward the tasks you take on? Then we're looking for you to work part-time as a receptionist. Being a receptionist is an incredibly diverse role that requires adaptability. Flexibility is important for this position - you should be able to work 2-3 days per week and be prepared to step in on short notice. This means you might get a call in the morning to come in for a shift the same day. During the summer, there may also be full-time work available for a few weeks. Examples of receptionist responsibilities: Welcome visitors and colleagues at the reception desk with high-quality service Receive orders for office supplies, breakfast, and catering Answer phones, handle emails, book meeting rooms, register visitors, and produce access cards/loan cards Handle fault reports and always stay one step ahead of the customer Be helpful and attentive regarding the daily operations in contact with the customer. Ensure that the premises are in top condition and that conference technology functions optimally. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to our client. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone with at least upper secondary education, preferably with work experience in the receptionist profession. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, we see that you are attentive, confident, and have a positive attitude toward life. You are fundamentally service-oriented with a good ability to build relationships and create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. You strive to maintain order and structure in your work, have an unpretentious approach, and see challenges as opportunities. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirement to study at least 50% for two years ahead and availability 2-3 weekdays per week.
