WORK TASKS
The role of study guide in mother tongue involves supporting students in their development and learning in close collaboration with other staff at the schools. The work involves placement at several different schools during a work week and travel between schools within the municipality. The assignment requires collaboration with the principal and staff at the schools. The work also includes collaborating and developing the work together with colleagues at the mother tongue unit.
The teacher group (mother tongue teachers and study guides) have pedagogical conferences and study days together. You also have daily contact with school staff. The position requires that you have good language and IT skills and that you can integrate digital technology in teaching.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are proficient in Vietnamese and Swedish in the school's various subjects and teaching situations. You structure and organize work based on curriculum documents and analyze and document students' abilities and knowledge.
Meritorious are Swedish teaching qualifications but also other pedagogical (or otherwise relevant) education and experience of working with children/young people.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Prior to a possible employment, a language test may be relevant to assess your knowledge of the Swedish language. Experience of working with digital learning tools is a necessity to succeed with the assignment.
