About the Position As a study guide instructor, you support students in their language and knowledge development using their mother tongue and serve as a cultural and linguistic bridge. You do this, among other things, through close collaboration with the student's mentor and teaching staff. The position involves planning and following up on study guidance in collaboration with subject teachers, mentors, and other educational staff based on the student's and subject's needs. The role also includes orientation support in preschool and preschool classes when needed. Are You the Right Fit? The position requires a high school diploma. You have strong skills in Swedish and Ukrainian, both written and spoken, as well as knowledge of the school's various subjects. You are able and willing to work in both primary school and upper secondary school. As a person, you take initiative, have good collaboration skills, are confident, flexible, positive, and engaged. Pedagogical education and/or education in mother-tongue study guidance is desirable. Experience with study guidance in Swedish primary and upper secondary schools is a merit.
